Cancellation policy today is fully flexible, refunding the customer 100% of the amount paid if communicated 24 hours in advance of the arrival date at Alojamientos Cava Baja.

The company reserves the right to apply the following cancellation policy during peak booking periods and occupancy:

1. If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the customer’s check-in date, a full refund will be issued.
2. If cancellation is made 15 days prior to the customer’s check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued.
3. If cancellation is made 7 days prior to the customer’s check-in date, a 25% refund will be issued.
